No setup fee per integration, no price per room or per table, no surprises on the invoice.
All prices per month, excluding VAT. Minimum three modules. Below three we don't sell: you'd be better off with a single product.

How it adds up
From the sixth module the ceiling kicks in: with five modules you pay € 2 more for the sixth and get the rest for free.

- The free core: login, users and roles, employee file, company details, dashboard, manual
- Every integration that belongs to a module (channel manager, door locks, kiosk, AI pricing, payment provider)
- Three languages for guests and staff
- Updates, EU hosting, backups and security
- Importing from your current system and exporting all your data — also when you leave
Separate, and only when you use it
- Transaction fees of your payment provider (Mollie) and card terminal
- Payslips per paid employee (tiered, by agreement)
- Call minutes and the premium voice for AI phone, and message bundles (WhatsApp/SMS)
- Hardware: POS terminals, kiosks, screens, locks
Frequently asked questions
How much does Hospiqx cost?
Up to June 2027: € 499 per month for the first three modules, € 249 per module above that and € 999 for all modules. After that € 649, € 299 and € 1,249. All amounts per month, excluding VAT. Integrations such as channel manager, door locks and kiosk are part of the module price.
Am I tied to a contract?
You switch modules on yourself with a trial period and add them without a new contract. The invoice follows what's switched on.
